Crispin was a coconut farmer in Palo. But when Yolanda blew through, it wreaked havoc on their land. Not a single one of his coco trees survived. He walks the line between seeing out the final existence of a coconut tree as lumber, and hunting for other trades for the farmers. Because to plant a tree and wait for its fruit would take years. His biggest concern of all is how to make the lands and sea productive again.
